Travel Arrangements

After your appointment is scheduled and one point of contact has been assigned to you, it is time to make your travel arrangements. Our concierge services include:

  • Airport pick-up facility – Our International Patient Services (IPS) team provides a transfer facility between the Airport and the Hospital/Hotel.
  • Accommodation – The team takes care of the arrangements for hotels/guest houses that may be required pre-admission and post-discharge.
  • Car Hire Facility – A car hire facility is available for your companion on a chargeable basis for local sightseeing or any other requirement.
  • Calling Card Facility – A calling card can be provided to you on a chargeable basis by the IPS team.

Interpreter Services

  • If you do not speak English or need any help with language services, we will provide an interpreter for you at no additional cost.
  • We have both male and female interpreters who are trained in medical terminologies to be able to understand doctors and convey better to you in your language.

Foreign Exchange Assistance

  • The dedicated relationship manager will assist in currency exchange since the Currency exchange and wire transfer services are available within the hospital premises.
  • • We encourage the same to be managed by the relationship manager to avoid any fraud.

Dedicated Relationship Manager

  • Every patient is handed over to a dedicated relationship manager as soon as the patient gets in touch with us.
  • The manager is from a medical background to understand the need of the patient and act accordingly.
  • The manager acts as a tool for the patient to coordinate visas, tickets, and clearances before the patient travel.
  • Upon landing in the country where the treatment needs to be done the manager provided end-to-end support starting from doctor’s appointments, financial planning like estimates, admission process.
  • Upon discharge the manager coordinates the shifting of the patient to the place of accommodation.
  • Coordinates follow-up visits till the patient is declared fit to travel to his/her native country.
  • The manager always remains in touch with the patient to assist with follow-up calls with the treating doctor, in case of drug arrangement.
